I had to take their feedback and signature under their mentioned names. I had been given a time period of three days for the task. There was a total of 60 names in the file. On the first day, I managed to record feedback and signatures of 30 clients. In order to finish up the task before the third day, I failed to get signatures from some of the clients. When I submitted the file early on day 3, I was informed about my mistakes. I was given a chance to get the missing signatures. I went back and collected the signatures before the day ended.
